The JK Organisation makes tyres in India and Mexico, cement across India, and has produced professional racing drivers through its motorsport programme.

Raghavpat Singhania leads the JK Organisation's industrial businesses, most significantly JK Tyre and Industries and JK Cement. JK Tyre generates revenues exceeding Rs 14,000 crore through manufacturing operations in India and Mexico, supplying passenger car tyres, truck and bus tyres, and off-highway tyres to OEMs and the replacement market. The Mexico plant gives the company a manufacturing base in North America that serves export markets from a lower-cost production location than US-based manufacturers can match.

JK Cement generates revenues exceeding Rs 10,000 crore with leadership in white cement and wall putty alongside a growing grey cement business. White cement is a more specialised and higher-margin product than grey cement, used in architectural and decorative applications, and JK holds a dominant domestic position in it. The next generation including Anshuman Singhania, Yatindra Kumar Singhania and Madhukar Singhania are taking on expanded roles. JK Tyre's involvement in Indian motorsport through its dedicated programme has produced several professional racing careers over the years, a corporate investment in sport that has built brand association with performance across two decades.
