Prestige Estates built its reputation in Bengaluru before it built anywhere else. That depth of local knowledge funded the expansion.

Irfan Razack and his brothers Rezwan and Noaman built Prestige Estates from a modest retail business in Bengaluru into one of India's most active real estate developers, with a portfolio spanning residential apartments, commercial offices, retail malls and hotels across 13 cities. The company's scale, over 180 million square feet of developed space, reflects three decades of sustained construction activity through India's urbanisation cycle.

Prestige's concentration in Bengaluru and surrounding markets gave the family deep knowledge of local regulatory processes, contractor networks and land markets, which translated into execution speed and cost control that newer entrants found difficult to match. The group has since extended into Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai and other cities as its capital base and brand recognition have grown. Revenue was INR 7,349 crore in fiscal 2025. The next generation, Uzma Irfan, Zayd Noaman and Faiz Rezwan, are being brought into operations as the group manages the transition from founder-led to more institutionally governed enterprise.
