Endurance Technologies supplies European car manufacturers from factories in Europe. That is a different standard from supplying Indian OEMs, and the company built both capabilities.

Anurang Jain built Endurance Technologies from a single die-casting unit in Aurangabad in 1985 into one of India's largest Tier-1 automotive component manufacturers. The company supplies suspension, braking and transmission systems to major two-wheeler OEMs in India and to manufacturers in Europe, where it has acquired and operated plants that meet the quality and delivery standards of European automotive supply chains. Competing in European automotive supply, where delivery windows are measured in hours and quality specifications are exacting, requires a different operational discipline from supplying domestic Indian OEMs, and Endurance has built both capabilities over two decades.

The company listed on Indian stock exchanges in 2016. The next generation, Rohan, Rhea and Arjun Jain, are being integrated into the business as the company navigates the shift in its customer base from combustion engine to electric two-wheeler manufacturers. That transition changes the specific components required from suppliers like Endurance, and the investment choices over the next five years will determine how much of the existing product portfolio remains relevant to the EV-dominated two-wheeler market India is building.
